Only to read and answer your enquiry, and to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers form messages to our mailbox. It processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is sent by a person. It processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose only. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Job applications made on careers.9reps.ltd are handled through Teamtailor, under the notice shown on that site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, through our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
